Check-in time starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability on the day and may incur additional charges. Please contact our staff for arrangements.

The authorization will be canceled on the day of check-out, and it will take approximately 7-14 business days for the amount to be refunded to your credit card.

The in-room safety box is an embedded type, located in the bedside cabinet next to the bathroom.

 Plug adapters are available upon request from housekeeping.

The entire hotel is non-smoking.

Mini-bar items are charged unless otherwise stated in a specific package.

To dial an outside line from the in-room phone, press 0 followed by the number. 

Rates vary by region and country, and the system will automatically calculate the charges.

Disposable amenities can be taken away.

An extra bed costs NT$2300 per night (excluding breakfast), and the bed size is 120cm x 200cm. Not all room types can accommodate an extra bed, please contact the reservations department for confirmation.

You can order by calling the in-room service button or using the QR code on the main page of the TV screen. Service hours are from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

The hotel provides baby cribs, baby bathtubs, and sterilizers (no baby toiletries provided). Due to limited availability, please inquire in advance.

There is no heater or dehumidifier in the room, but these can be provided upon request by the housekeeping department. All rooms are equipped with air purifiers.

Children under 12 can stay free without an extra bed, but no additional amenities or breakfast will be provided (if the reservation includes breakfast)

All room types have bathtubs.

The hotel does not provide strollers. Wheelchairs are available for borrowing from the service center but can only be used within the hotel.
