In Japan, eel has been one of excellent ingredients full of good nutrition. In the extremely hot summer, Yamazato Japanese restaurant presents “Eel Yanagawa Nabe Course.” In appetizer, chef choses a specific flavor grilled eel with sake. It brings tender and crunchy texture in the course, and gaining strength for new challenges ahead.

Appetizer
Sesame black tofu and shrimp with wasabi on the top
Sliced tuna sashimi 
Sired salmon come with fruit vinegar, yellow pepper, onion and seasonal vegetables.

 

Grilled dish
Grilled eel  and grilled abalone with garlic soy sauce
Simmered duck breast with red pepper.

 

Hot Pot
Japanese Eel and egg hot pot, with shredded burdock underneath and honeywort on the top. The pot will come with Japanese pepper.

 

Cold dish
The cold ramen noodles with shredded egg crepe , cucumbers, crab meat and chicken tender

 

Rice
Steam rice made with sweet corn and come with miso soup and Japanese pickle.
