大倉久和大飯店推出遵循法國傳統工法,三種口味精品等級奶油:無鹽、大蒜、鹽之花。

 

The Nine烘焙坊手工奶油使用法國愛樂薇鮮奶油製作,打發分離後經過反覆清洗,手工揉捏塑形,有別於牛乳製的奶油,更加突出奶香味;無鹽奶油最能品嘗濃厚豐盈的天然乳脂甜味,鹽之花口味則是使用法國葛宏德(Guérande)地區產最高等級鹽,富含高雅輕柔鹹味,大蒜口味加入紅蔥(shallot)與香芹(Italian parsley),蒜香之外提升整體香氣層次,為奶油增添一抹明亮清爽的風味。

 

手工奶油口感順滑細膩,擁有令人印象深刻的絕佳風味,無論搭配The Nine烘焙坊的歐式麵包、法棍,或用於烹調各種料理,都能享受層次豐富、濃郁溫暖的滋味。
