Winter Kaiseki-ryori at Yamazato
Kaiseki-ryori is a traditional multi-course Japanese meal originated from the Edo period in Kyoto. This winter, our chefs at Yamazato has prepared an array of high-quality seasonal seafood such as yellowtail, tilefish, king crab as well as fresh sashimi, all of which are reflective of this season’s specialty.
