Health Club operation announcement


Health Club including rooftop outdoor pool and Gym facilities will start operating from 10 August 2021 (Tue).
The gym opens from 6:00am to 00:00am daily.
The rooftop outdoor pool opens 06:00am to 10:00pm daily.
However, with the partial closure of our Health Club sauna facilities will remain closed.

In response to the government’s latest guidelines our gym facilities will be operating at limited capacity, please book your workout schedule in advance within different timing period. Please reserve a different period of time if our facilities reached out the maximum capacity. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
Please enjoy your time at our Health Club. Our staff will increase cleaning and disinfecting frequency after the equipment being used throughout the facilities, paying attention to high-touch equipment.


1. The qualification of making a Health Club reservation:
Registered Health Club member and checked-in guest


2. Maximum users for the Gym are 10, and up to 18 users for the rooftop outdoor pool. Please note: each personnel can only reserve one time slot each day. Each guest is eligible to use the swimming pool during their stay. Staying one night can reserve one time, two nights could reserve twice, and so forth base on their staying nights.


3. Health Club starts receiving guest's reservations. Please contact (02) 2181-5123 for reservation support.  

4. Please choose from listed time period before making a reservation.
20:00-21:30(last reservation time for the swimming pool)
22:00-23:30(last reservation time for the gym)


Starting 01 October, reservation time for weekends (Friday ~ Sunday) and national holidays: 




21:00-22:00(last reservation time for the swimming pool)

22:30-23:30(last reservation time for the gym)


5. Health Club could only take self-reservation, we apologize for not open to 3rd party or agent booking.


6. Health Club offers towels, bottles of mineral water and the locker room is open for use.
Corresponding to the government‘s policies, inside of Health Club facilities such as shower room, Sauna, lounge area will remain closed. In addition, all personal amenities such as ‘hair-dryer’ will be forbidden. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside of the facilities.


7. To make a reservation, please tell us your full name, mobile number and reservation number.


8. Health Club is holding each reservation for only 20 minutes, and the appointment will be canceled automatically if guest did not arrive on time. In case of miss the appointment, please make another reservation into different timing period. 


9. For entry, please present your Membership card or Room card and scan QR code to complete the registration.


10. Please take care your personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for any individual's belongings.


For your better using experience, please wear a facial mask at all-time except while swimming .Please also be maintain distance at least in 2 meters or above from others before wearing the facial mask. 
After wearing mask should maintain at least 1.5 meters and please prepare your own facial masks for exchanging. Social distancing will be in place inside of whole facilities.
