秋高氣爽,正是金蟹膏腴肥美,2020年9月17日起秋蟹季正式拉開序幕,桃花林中華料理推出「港蟹秋意濃」,精選三兩重沙公與青蟹,變化多種粵菜料理方式,不可錯過「港式咖哩青蟹煲附酥炸銀絲卷」香港著名的咖哩煲作法,以主廚祕製的香料醬汁、椰漿燉煮入味,辛辣中帶有東南亞特有的熱帶風味,不僅紅艷豔的螃蟹讓人食指大動,濃香的醬汁也捨不得放過,搭配銀絲卷蘸著吃,非得連鍋底都清空才過癮!造訪澳門必吃的水蟹粥,現在不必出國就能品嘗,「澳門生滾水蟹粥」米粒細滑鮮香吸收全蟹精華,搭配干貝、鮮蝦、花枝等多種海鮮濃郁可口;「滋補麻油大沙公兩面煎」以黑麻油烹煮平衡蟹的寒氣,舖墊兩面煎得金黃焦脆的麵線,沾裹麻油汁增添口感,都是秋日餐桌不容錯過的好滋味。
